policies

(PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

deposits:

  • all new guests are required to make a one-time deposit of $50

  • all returning guests are required to make a $30 deposit in order to secure an appointment

  • all deposits will go toward total service at the end of each appointment

  • all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable

refreshes:

  • if 40% or more of extensions are still intact, you will be charged the price of a refresh

  • if less than 40% of extensions are intact, you will be charged the price of a fresh set

  • absolutely no out-of-studio refreshes allowed

no call/no show policy:

  • all no call/no shows will automatically result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s), in addition to the deposit fee

cancellation policy:

  • any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the original scheduled appointment will result in a no-call/no-show

  • cancellations must be made 24 hours or more prior to the original scheduled appointment, in order to avoid a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s), in addition to the deposit fee

rescheduling policy:

  • all rescheduled appointments require a new deposit fee

  • any rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours prior to the original scheduled appointment will be considered a no-call/no show

  • appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours or more prior the original scheduled appointment in order to avoid a no-call/no-show

  • appointments may only be rescheduled one time within the same month. any attempt to reschedule after that will be considered a no call/no show

late policy:

  • if running late, please contact me and let me know ahead of time

  • each guest will be allowed a 15 minute grace period when arriving late to appointments

  • a late arrival of 15 minutes or more will result in a no call/no show
